Geoff Dubrow MA, MPA is currently a Principal Associate with CCAF. Geoff was CCAF’s Director of Capacity Development from 2005-2008. He has also served as parliamentary affairs advisor to a federal Cabinet Minister. |

Jean-Paul Gobeil is a Winnipeg-based Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Consultant. He retired from the firm of Deloitte & Touche after 34 years in public practice as an auditor and management consultant. |

Barry Leighton, PhD, recently retired as Audit Principal from Auditor General Canada. He previously served in research and evidence-based policy making roles with Justice Canada, Public Safety Canada, and the RCMP. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Carleton University. |

Lee McCormack As CCAF's former Director of Research, Lee McCormack managed a multi-year project aimed at identifying ways to encourage innovation in public sector organizations by embracing risk management, reducing administrative red tape and paying attention to sound management control. His CCAF unit also researched ways to improve internet-based public performance reporting. |

Michael J. McLaughlin, FCMA holds a Bachelor's degree in Science, with Honours in Mathematics (1971), from Carleton University in Ottawa. A former Deputy Auditor General of Canada, he retired from the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority as Vice-President and CFO. |

Neil Papineau, CGA, CFI, CFE is a professional forensic accountant and investigator with a specialty in auditing and investigating wrongdoing, fraud and corruption in government operations. He was formerly the Principal of the Forensic Audit Section in the Office of the Auditor General of Canada. |

Nicole Plamondon, C.Tran. was executive administrative assistant to founding chairman from 1982-1986. She also provided translation and editorial services and developed the CCAF-FCVI glossary from the very outset. In 1986, she launched her own language services company, and now leads a team of highly skilled translators that provides turnkey services. |

Errol Price, FCA, CMC was appointed as the Deputy Auditor General in November 2004. From June 4 to October 28, 2007, he served as the Acting Auditor General. |

Bill Rafuse, MA, CMA, CHRP has 35 years of experience in internal and external audit, human resources, and strategic planning. He held a number of senior positions in the Office of the Auditor General of Canada, including Principal, Strategic Planning, and Principal, Human Resources. |

Arn van Iersel, BA (Hon), FCGA had a public service career of over 31 years with both the Alberta and British Columbia governments. He was the Comptroller General of British Columbia for 8 years and also served as BC’s Acting Auditor General. |

Ronald Wolchuk is a former Audit Principal with the Office of the Auditor General of Canada (OAG). During his 20 year career with the Office he was responsible for performance auditing in such areas as Foreign Affairs Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Corrections Canada and human resources management. |
