For 30 years, the International Legislative Audit Assistance Program for Improved Governance and Accountability (ILAAP) has been at the centre of CCAF's International Programs. The ILAAP strengthens Supreme Audit Institutions (SAIs) in their role as external auditors by building awareness and capacity in audit methodologies and their role with parliament.
