In each partnership, CCAF and the Supreme Audit Institution (SAI) jointly monitor and assess the results of delivered and ongoing activities.

CCAF performs a variety of evaluations throughout the duration of a partnership to assess immediate and intermediate outcomes:

  • Participant surveys completed following the delivery of a workshop
  • Feedback collected throughout each Fellowship year
  • Formal mid-term and year-end Fellowship reviews
  • Mid-Program/Mid-partnership evaluation missions to SAIs
  • Evaluations of mature partnership SAIs to determine intermediate outcomes
  • Surveys and questionnaires for graduate Fellows, senior SAI staff and representatives of related institutions to evaluate Program-wide outcomes

The SAI assesses outcomes on an ongoing basis and provides regular feedback to CCAF.

Based on their evaluations, CCAF and the SAI periodically reassess the needs and objectives of the SAI and identify opportunities to provide further support. They may modify the Plan of Action and Outcomes and the partnership's timeline accordingly.
